This quick and simple creamy cheese fondue recipe will be gone in seconds. Use any assortment of foods for dipping, including our pasta shapes and sun-dried tomatoes!
Ingredients
- Colavita Olive Oil to coat the pot
 - 1 clove of garlic
 - ½ lb swiss cheese, shredded
 - ½ lb gruyere cheese, shredded
 - 1 cup white wine
 - ½ tsp mustard
 - 1 tsp Colavita Aged White Wine Vinegar
 - pinch of nutmeg
For dipping: - assorted Colavita pasta shapes, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, assorted vegetables
 
Instructions
- Coat the fondue pot with Colavita olive oil.
 - Rub the garlic clove around the pot to flavor it.
 - Add wine, mustard, vinegar and bring to a simmer.
 - Add cheese and let it melt.
 - Finish off by adding in a pinch of nutmeg.
 - Use assorted pasta and vegetables on skewers for dipping!
