A perfect appetizer for game day, cocktail hour, or just when you’re feeling a bit snack-ish! These garlic bread recipes have something for everyone, from classic to spicy and always oh-so-cheesy!
Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 1 Jar Colavita Sun Dried Tomato Pesto
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 jar Colavita Pesto
- 2 tbsp Colavita Roasted Garlic EVOO
- 1 baguette, sliced lengthwise
Instructions
- Place the sliced baguette on a sheet pan and drizzle with Colavita Roasted Garlic EVOO. Broil for a few minutes until the baguette is golden.
- Starting with the Garlic Bread as a base, spread the Colavita sun dried tomato pesto on the baguette.
- Place the shredded chicken on top of the pesto. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Dollop some Colavita Pesto Sauce symmetrically over the top.
- Broil for 5 minutes until golden brown. Cut into slices and serve.
